Why Personal Training?

I want to take the opportunity to go through why I am a Personal Trainer, what it represents and why I believe in it.

Firstly, a little background. Through school I was super motivated around running and lifting weights and I worked a casual job through school just to pay for a PT. From here it was as if it just chose me and I was lucky enough to be given a Scholarship for my Personal Training course. Over the next 6 years I worked out of Goodlife Health Clubs, Maximize Health, Genesis Health Clubs and had my own studio set up from home. Slowly moving towards my goal of opening up and running my own gym. But then the Hunter Valley happened and I got a little sidetracked by wine. I would never take this back as working at Pepper Tree Wines was an amazing experience, although what I didn’t realise was, I lost my drive for helping people live better lives. This has become clear that this is my life mission. I want to help people follow their dreams, achieve their goals and make the most of each day. I want my impact to be life changing for people and help them see life differently and become clear of their own life mission. I feel Personal Training currently is my vehicle to do this, so here I am.
