Dinner Sorted

Eating healthy doesn’t always feel easy and can often feel overwhelming, boring and expensive. It doesn’t have to be though. Eating healthy should be easy, tasty and affordable. I’ve included one of the regular quick and easy meals I use at home.

Chicken Stir Fry
Chicken Breast
Olive Oil
1. Do your prep, have everything cut up to your liking so it’s all ready to go
2. Heat your saucepan/wok to a high heat, once hot add your 1-2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
3. Once the oil is hot add your onion and garlic and cook till it starts to soften and goes golden
4. Add your chicken and stir through. Cook till almost ready but not cooked all the way through.
5. Add vegetables and 1-2 tablespoons of honey, stir through. Cook till chicken is cooked through and vegetables are to your liking.

I find this to be a great, easy meal to throw together with whatever vegetables I’ve got in the fridge. For those wanting to add rice, try using brown or basmati.
