Start a new habit

We always get caught up in trying to make changes at the start of the week or a new year, a new month and we feel as though the month/week is a write off if we’re half way through it. Let’s challenge that!

Here’s the challenge, let’s start a new habit, mid-week, 4 days into a new month, half way through the year. My habit starting today will be reading 10mins everyday. This doesn’t include audiobooks, study books or Facebook. I mean a good old fashioned fiction/non fiction hard copy book.
