Sometimes we don’t have it in us to break records and to reach new heights, sometimes we just have to survive. Accepting survival is the best thing we can do while we take the time to reenergise, whether it’s physically, mentally or even emotionally.

During those times when the decision is made to push on at 100% we risk burn out and more time on the sidelines. It’s important to stay in touch with your body during the ebb and flow that life brings, to help us ultimately live better lives.
