Listen to your body

We can learn a lot about ourselves if we take the time to stop and listen. 

Our bodies are constantly giving us feedback through aches and groans and feelings. Taking the time to listen to these and connect the dots is priceless. 

So this week I challenge you to pay less attention to your phone alerts and more attention to your body’s alerts.
