What’s your relationship with food look like? Do you constantly feel you can’t have this or that? My theory is we always end up wanting what we can’t have and in the case of food I believe we have to learn to accept all food. Once we have accepted all food than we can develop a good relationship with it, allowing us to choose what we put in our bodies, rather than being controlled by rules we set for ourselves.
Nothing happens overnight, but there is a journey for each of us to take towards accepting and loving ourselves as who we are. Along that journey food fits in healthily because we are no longer creating rules to achieve an image, rather we start eating with love for ourselves.
