Planning boredom

What response do you receive when you ask someone ‘how are you?’, it is almost always along the lines of busy, busy, busy.
This has become the norm and it’s true. It doesn’t matter if we are single, married, kids or not, employed or not, everyone seems to be busy.

Whether our busyness is justified or not, we need to plan to be bored. We need to create some space in our lives. If we don’t choose to create that downtime, things will all start falling down around you. The fact is we are not machines and without the adequate rest and space in our lives everything starts falling apart.

Create space and plan to be bored.
