When it comes to your diet one size does not fit all. There are so many different diet plans out there, some are fads, some are quick fixes and others result in extreme lifestyle choices.
We are all so different and there are so many factors that come in to play when choosing a nutritional program that’s right for you. At the end of the day I believe it needs to be something we can stick too and is maintainable. Key fundamentals should include eating more raw, whole ingredients and less processed and modified foods. When it comes to macronutrient breakdown, there are so many different takes on this. My advice is that if you aren’t a top athlete than it shouldn’t matter too much. It is just about finding the balance based on what your body responds best too.
