I use the term ‘getting it done’ in regards to exercise in this blog, but keep in mind this can be applied to almost anything.
If we only ever exercised when we felt like it I can guarantee we would exercise a lot less. There can be a lot said for just getting it done, regardless of how you feel. We need to make a commitment and stick to it in the good times and the bad.
So set yourself a plan and go out and get it done.
