Training your mind

If you talk to the worlds top athletes they will tell you it is having a strong mind that allows them to achieve their physical feats. No doubt genetics and physical training is vital, but what separates the top in their field from the rest, is a powerful mind. 

I am certainly no expert in this field but I appreciate the importance of understanding, managing and training our mind. We go through our lives searching for the best exercise program and diet that our body responds best to. We spend hours each week training our body why don’t we spend time training our mind? 

Start looking for ways and opportunities for you strengthen your mind. Meditation and journaling is certainly a good place to start and is much more than most people will ever do. Life is everything you choose to make it, so choose to live an extraordinary life!
