I love exercise, I find it fun and something I look forward too. I know this isn’t true for everybody though. For those people who hate the idea of exercise, start to see it differently and just start moving more. Start increasing your activity throughout the day and don’t accept this couch potato lifestyle we’ve been subscribed too.
Lastly, if you don’t enjoy exercise don’t be afraid to experiment with things such as Yoga, Pilates, Dancing, Swimming or team sports. There are many ways to stay active and keep your body fit and healthy, start by getting moving!
