I sit here writing this blog drinking a nice glass of cold water. I say this because I believe almost every other blog I’ve written I’ve more than likely been drinking a glass of red wine…. or possibly a coffee or a cup of tea from time to time.
You have no idea how good water is for you and how many of us don’t drink enough. So many people live their lives dehydrated and struggle with so many issues because they don’t drink enough water. There are so many benefits of drinking lots of water and no excuses in the Western World why we don’t!
I don’t want to go into all the benefits because I believe there shouldn’t be any objections to the idea.
