We live in a world of chaos and constant distraction. Anxiety and depression are at record high levels. Without taking the time to find peace amongst the chaos, we will become another statistic, stressed out and anxious.
I have found that just by taking a few minutes in the morning and then 2-3 times during the day to find peace, I can live in a positive and beautiful state. In that time I more or less take nice long deep breathes. It is amazing how concentrated deep breathing can help everything to fall into place.
