Ally yourself

There is wealth of knowledge to be discovered in the people surrounding you that you can have access to, if you ask.

We don’t have enough time in this life to become an expert in every field and the good news is we don’t have to. All we have to do is ask questions. There are so many experts that are happy to give free advice. This may come in different forms both indirect and direct. For example just by following someone’s twitter account may change your life. These days you have blogs, ebooks, podcasts plus many more avenues to learn from experts you’ll never meet.

I also want to encourage you to get to know those people around you. If you start to listen to people and open your mind up to learning, it’s amazing the difference in conversations you’ll have and the quality of friendships you’ll build.

People are our biggest asset in this life, learn to be allied with them.
