For those people that are plagued by the need to always achieve something, always be doing something and kicking goals, set your sights on achieving nothing.
It can be exhausting having to always be busy and to always feel you are being productive. As an exercise to ultimately achieve more and enjoy life more, give yourself permission to do nothing on a regular basis. Kick back and relax, read, Netflix whatever floats your boat. Just escape the need to achieve (so you can achieve more).
