What practical applications can you make in your life to prevent you from making the same repetitive mistakes? What bad habits are negatively impacting your life and how can you get on the front foot to combat them.
Start to see the reoccurring negative patterns, which may be when you lose your drive or change your mind. Start to see these before they happen and strategise against them. Otherwise, twelve months later you’ll be looking at a similar year in review (which may not be that bad, but let’s get better).
