The alarm goes off, you just want one more minute of sleep, so you hit snooze.
We all know what happens next. 9 minutes later the alarm goes off again and you’ve already drifted back to sleep. You start to think of all the reasons you shouldn’t get up and exercise and why you need your sleep.
That’s how we lose. You need to be primed the night before to get up and go. Once that alarm goes you move, even if it’s terribly slow. Don’t let negative self talk creep in to take away your goals.
