If you’re wanting to make some changes to your health and to your life this year let’s begin with your morning routines and create some structure for you to follow.
Getting up early in the morning is a great way to start the day and gives you an opportunity to set the tone for the day. It might include time reading, exercising, meditating or journalling. It might be making a coffee and taking time to read the newspaper. It’s up to you as to what you want to get out of it and what you want to start building in your life.
Nothing happens by happenstance. You need to work for what you want to achieve and a great way to start that is by creating a routine to follow. Make a plan and stick to it.
