How do you start your morning? What does the first hour look like?
There is no right or wrong way to start your day. But I can guarantee, if you set aside at least ten minutes towards intentionally building a foundation to start the day well you will see the results. What those 10mins could be made up of is up to you. Some ideas that are proven to reduce stress, anxiety and increase output and clarity include the following.
