How do you know your getting better?

How do you know you’ve lost weight, running faster, jumping higher, getting smarter, selling more?

We use results. This idea of tracking gives us an idea of where we started and how far we’ve come. We help improve our ability to gain these desired results when we track certain variables.

For example – for health and fitness results we would track nutrition, training, sleep. For sales we might look at tracking cold calls, follow up calls & servicing.

What have you always wanted to achieve? What’s most important to you? This week, look at how you can start tracking variables that will help you get there.
