Without breathing we don’t exist. It is vital to our survival. But we all know that.
What we may not know is that the way we breathe is just as important. Ok well, we won’t die but you get the point. With everything that goes on within the space of a day, taking the time to breathe deeply has amazing benefits right through from mental focus and clarity to reducing anxiety, increased mindfulness and reduced rash decisions.
If you get singing lessons they will teach you deep breathing techniques, if you get acting lessons they will teach you deep breathing techniques, if you get strength coaching they will teach you deep breathing techniques, yoga, running, meditation. My point is it’s important and should be implemented throughout the day to allow you to get the most out of each day.
