I have been challenged lately to floss my teeth. It is either the last thing I do before I head out the door to work (often pressed for time) or the last thing I do before bed (often exhausted). As you can imagine it’s easy to justify why you shouldn’t floss and make an both an excuse and a promise to do it later.
A simple habit like flossing makes a huge difference to the health of your teeth. What is it you need to stop making excuses for and start making habits of in your life that will make a huge difference to your results? Do you need to build exercise into your routine, spend more time playing with the kids or set the alarm early to have time to yourself in the morning?
Whatever it is, stop making excuses and start flossing!
