How was your day? Was it productive? If you were to write out your perfect day, would today look anything like it? Yes, agreed. We can’t be perfect, there are things that we don’t have control over and yes we have our ups and downs. But… What if each day we just committed ourselves to become better. Regardless of busyness etc, etc, etc… We just commit to becoming better.
If that means reading a quote, reading a blog, going without alcohol, limiting sugar intake. Whatever it is, do it with purpose and celebrate the small wins. If we can build on our success’ daily, we are creating positive change in our lives towards becoming the best ‘self’ we can be.
