The ‘Follow Through’ is a simple concept, it’s often not given too much thought and will happen naturally. When you swing a golf club, kick a football or serve a tennis ball, the follow through is critical to achieving the power, the distance and the speed needed.
When you set your alarm or make a decision to cut out junk food or to start exercising. Do you follow through? How many decisions do you make that deserve a follow through, that don’t get one. We so often stop short of achieving what we set out to achieve because of the lack of follow through to those decisions made.
It’s not hard to want to get up everyday to exercise, it’s not hard to get a gym membership, it’s not hard to set your alarm. It’s hard to get up, and keep getting up. The follow through separates those that dream and those that achieve.
